AV Design & Presales Executive

Job Description

AV Design & Presales executive will be responsible for gathering information relevant to the design and help construct models of the project design, as well as determining project costs & to provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business.

The primary role and responsibilities of a AV Design & Presales executive will include:

  • Creation of High Quality design projects in AUTOCAD (2D/3D)/ Revitt pertaining to AV Equipments. Successful candidates will demonstrate a superior ability to drive design thinking from ideation thru concept development, refinement, and execution.
  • Creation high-quality design solutions by directly executing design and leveraging internal/external design resources. The Designer must be able to sketch and articulate his/her creative thinking.
  • Analyze Potential Markets Before Product Launch
  • Craft Sales Pitches for Sales Team
  • Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Prospects
  • Provide Product Knowledge Support to Sales Team
  • Participate In Strategy Meetings With Marketing Team
Competencies and Skills Required
  • Deep understanding of AutoCAD within the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Extraordinary design taste and skill
  • An incurable curiosity relating to all design things
  • Must have strategic thinking skills to craft successful sales pitches for their sales team
  • Must have analytical skills to analyze the market before a product or sales campaign launches.
  • Supreme sales skills to be able to craft a successful sales pitch & lead qualification process
  • Organizational skills to successfully use CRM software
  • Collaborative Skills when presenting their sales pitches to other team members, as well as when participating in strategy meetings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to build strong relationships, particularly with sales, field and product organizations and partners, and an ability to be highly successful in a matrix management organization
  • Excellent presentation & powerpoint skills and ease in speaking in front of large groups
  • Strong project management and design management skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty
  • Works well with others to deliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises
  • Proficiency in oral and written English

Working days : Monday to Saturday
Working hours : 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
